Job Description

Domino’s Pizza hires drivers to deliver pizza to customers. The role offers a flexible schedule that can accommodate school, other work, or personal commitments.

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards. You must have access to an insured vehicle available for delivery, and you should possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

Deliver drivers can progress to management, general manager, franchise owner, or corporate positions.

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients, prepare product, and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
• Pass a background check.
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

• Varying weather conditions during deliveries.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36℃ to over 90℃.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500℃.
• Cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers.
• Need to navigate stairs, ladders, and deliver to multi‑story buildings.

• Stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, and climb as required by job tasks.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays, and moving heavy items.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, and hand coordination.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including stairs and narrow spaces during delivery.

• Deliver product by car to customers and deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate the designated delivery area, read maps, and locate addresses.

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Drive within the delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Travel between store and vehicle, and to customer locations.
• Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
