Customer Service Representative (Temporary - 6-8 Weeks)

Littleton, MA
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our team on a temporary basis for approximately 6-8 weeks
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer support.
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
- Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Proficiency with standard computer applications
- Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume environment
- Experience with Service Titan software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer account management tools
- High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy

Approximately 6-8 weeks (coverage for leave) - Location:
On-site in Littleton, MA
Salary will be commensurate with experience and includes discretionary bonuses. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
