Customer Service Representative (Temporary – 6–8 Weeks)
Location - Littleton, MA

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our team on a temporary basis for approximately 6–8 weeks
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer support.

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
• Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• Proficiency with standard computer applications
• Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume environment

• Experience with Service Titan software is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer account management tools
• High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy

Salary range: as required by local law. The role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
