● Update IEPs and instructional plans as needed.
● Act as a student advocate, ensuring appropriate accommodations and services are provided.
● Classroom & Team Management:
● Supervise and mentor teacher assistants/paraprofessionals.
● Foster inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environments.
