Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified) - The Learning Experience Littleton

Location:

Littleton, MA

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

About the Role

The Learning Experience - Littleton is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our preschool classrooms focus on building school readiness through play-based learning, creativity, and hands-on exploration in a warm, structured environment.

This role is perfect for an EEC-certified Preschool Teacher who enjoys guiding young children as they build confidence, independence, and early academic skills.

What You'll Do

* Lead a preschool classroom in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment

* Implement The Learning Experience's play-based curriculum to support social, emotional, and academic growth

* Encourage positive behavior, independence, and curiosity

* Communicate daily with families about classroom activities and child progress

* Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all health and safety standards

* Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to ensure classroom success

* Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

What We're Looking For

* Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required

* Experience working in a preschool, daycare, or childcare center preferred

* High school diploma or GED required; ECE degree or coursework a plus

* Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

* CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)

* Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented
