• Lead small-group interventions using structured, evidence based literacy approaches.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data to track student progress and growth.
• Support the administration of universal screeners and benchmark assessments (e.g., DIBELS, AIMSweb).
• Take direction from and collaborate with the Reading Specialist and Title I educators.
• Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and take risks.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with students, families, and staff.
• Other duties assigned by the building administration

• Knowledge of the Science of Reading research and strategies
• Experience with Wit and Wisdom, Geodes, and Fundations

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $21 to $27 Per Hour
