The Learning Experience - Littleton is hiring Early Childhood Lead Teachers across our programs. Opportunities may be available in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms depending on your qualifications, experience, classroom preference, and current center needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an engaging and developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom
  • Create meaningful experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on learning
  • Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  • Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
  • Establish positive classroom routines and use positive guidance
  • Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
  • Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
  • Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
  • Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
Qualifications
  • Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
  • Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required
  • Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed
  • Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible, dependable, and passionate about working with young children
