Per Deim HHA 6-8 Hours Shifts Monday to Friday or any day in Littleton , Acton, Groton areas: 8am

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. ADL (Bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

• Current HHA certification or CNA License and minimum 1 year experience in homecare.
• Active Driving License and Active CPR certification, TB test results are needed.
• Dementia or Alzheimer's experience preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings.
• A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
