Position Summary

The Training Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs to ensure compliance, operational readiness, and continuous development. This role manages the learning management system, tracks role-based and certification training, supports onboarding, and partners with subject matter experts to maintain accurate and effective training materials. The Training Specialist plays a key role in monitoring training completion, supporting audits, and ensuring training processes align with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the company’s learning management system, ensuring accurate training records and assignments
  • Assign and track role-based training, certifications, and retraining requirements
  • Support employee onboarding by coordinating required training and compliance activities
  • Monitor training completion, follow up on overdue items, and provide status updates to managers and leadership
  • Aid in the creation, maintenance, and updates of training materials and curricula in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Coordinate training updates related to process or document changes
  • Manage certification programs and external training records
  • Generate training and compliance reports to support audits and operational readiness
  • Deliver training sessions to new and current employees
Education, Training, And Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training administration, learning operations, human resources, or a related field
  • Experience managing all aspects of a learning management system and training record management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in regulated, quality-driven, or technical environments is a plus

  • Ability to work in an office and/or remote environment.

The hiring range represents what Mevion Medical Systems, Inc. reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
