Are you passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and streamlining HR operations? We are looking for a dedicated People Operations Specialist to support our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of People Operations, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to vital HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Senior Manager to coordinate daily HR activities, ensuring alignment with best practices and company values.
- Serve as the primary support for Talent Acquisition, assisting with candidate communications and onboarding processes.
- Manage documentation and administrative activities related to U.S. work visa sponsor ships, coordinating with employees and external immigration counsel to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding procedures for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and distribute clear, engaging internal communications, such as new hire announcements and company-wide updates.
- Collaborate on departmental data analysis to identify trends, insights, and solutions for HR operational challenges.
- Provide basic guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, promoting understanding and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and security.
- 2-3 years of high-level administrative experience within Human Resources or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and at least one HRIS platform.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance process automation and efficiency.
- PHR certification is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
