Advantage Technical is hiring a Maintenance Technician Lead (2nd Shift) on behalf of our client, a fast-paced manufacturing operation that relies on skilled leaders to keep production running safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on maintenance leadership role responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting high-speed automated manufacturing equipment. In addition to responding to line calls and performing preventative maintenance, you'll mentor, train, and guide maintenance technicians, helping elevate team performance while leading by example on the floor.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and train maintenance technicians on 2nd shift
- Respond to production line calls and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install manufacturing and production equipment
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance activities
- Support continuous improvement in equipment reliability and uptime
- Work independently while coordinating with production and leadership teams
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience with high-speed automation
- Ability to lead, coach, and train others in a hands-on setting
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions under pressure
