Advantage Technical is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a world-class manufacturing team near Littleton, MA. This facility specializes in high-volume, high-speed production of top-tier beverage products for nationally recognized brands.

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
• Overtime as needed

Pay: $21.00/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

In this essential role, you'll help keep production moving efficiently and safely by:

• Operating manufacturing equipment that prepares, fills, seals, caps, labels, and packages consumer products
• Monitoring product quality and performing routine food safety inspections
• Removing defective materials or finished goods from the line
• Performing basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs
• Cleaning equipment and work areas during and after shifts
• Adhering strictly to safety, quality, and food handling procedures

This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and integrity of the client's production operations. You'll be expected to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company policies related to safety, quality, and general operations.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience working with high-speed production equipment is preferred
• Fork truck experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn
