Quality Technician

Now hiring for a Manufacturing Quality Technician. Pay: $24.50/hour.

Temp-to-Hire. Advantage Technical is partnering with a regulated manufacturer in Littleton, MA to place a Quality Technician on their production floor. This is a hands‑on, manual batching role—ideal for someone with QC experience who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Monitor and operate production line; move materials and finished product to maintain flow and machine operation
• Perform quality tests using specialized equipment to ensure product and package integrity
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Expedite quality concerns to the line; collaborate with maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate daily records of tests performed and results
• Uphold housekeeping standards and clean equipment and work area each shift
• Follow safety programs and understand plant‑specific hazards within your scope

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of QC experience in medical device or food manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work with basic lab equipment (pH meters, scales, HPLC, in‑line monitoring)
• Comfortable reading, writing, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Regulatory compliance and documentation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
