Pay: $32-35/hour DOE

Location: Littleton, MA

Shift: 2nd |3:00 PM–11:00 PM | Overtime required; some Saturdays expected

• Respond promptly to production line calls and mechanical issues
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
• Install, set up, and test new machinery
• Support continuous improvement of equipment performance
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Work independently to resolve issues in a high-demand environment

• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with high-speed automation equipment required
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install machinery
• Ability to work independently and self-manage in a demanding setting
• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices
