Machine Operator
Location: Littleton, MA
Schedules + Pay Info: 1st + 3rd Shift- Rotating 12-hour shifts
- 1st Week (work 3 days) / 2nd Week (work 4 days)
- Overtime required
- $21 per hour + $1 shift differential
- Monday - Friday | 3:15 PM - 1:30 AM
- Saturdays required OT
- $21 per hour + $1.50 shift differential
Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with excellent earning potential through overtime? Join a growing production team as a Machine Operator and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with an opportunity to be hired permanently.
Education Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience operating high-speed production machinery is a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
- Operate and monitor production equipment used in filling, packaging, labeling, sealing, and product handling processes
- Supply raw materials to production lines and move finished products as needed
- Perform product inspections and complete required food safety and production documentation
- Remove damaged materials or products from the production line
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
- Complete production and shift paperwork accurately
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
