Position Summary
The Marketing Project Manager is a key member of our dynamic marketing team, driving strategic initiatives that connect marketing, sales, and customer engagement. This role serves as both a project leader and a customer partner, translating marketing vision into actionable programs that deliver measurable results.
This role will work closely with internal teams and directly with customers to develop playbooks, processes, and best practices that ensure smooth project execution and long-term success. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity, structure, and collaboration, balancing big‑picture strategy with hands‑on project management and customer‑facing communication. This role reports to the Director, Strategic Communications & Market Development and can expect up to 25% travel.
Key Responsibilities- Lead marketing projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer engagement teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams (design, content, communications, product) and external partners or agencies.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that meet strategic goals.
- Partner directly with customers to co‑create marketing processes, playbooks, and engagement frameworks that drive shared success.
- Lead customer onboarding and engagement planning sessions focused on aligning goals and establishing best practices.
- Gather feedback, analyze results, and iterate processes to improve customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social, paid media).
- Manage content production workflows and ensure consistency across brand messaging and customer touchpoints.
- Build and maintain scalable systems, templates, and documentation that improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, delivering insights that inform strategy and optimize execution.
- Implement project management tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign operations, or customer marketing roles.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Demonstrated experience working with customers or cross‑functional teams to develop processes, playbooks, or enablement materials.
- Proficiency with project management and marketing platforms (e.g., Asana, Hub Spot, Word Press, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
- A proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
