BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Admission for a nursing job in Littleton, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities- Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch‑pad tablet.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Medicare Certified Home Health experience required.
Base Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per point depending on qualifications.
