We are a growing medical technology manufacturer that develops advanced proton therapy systems used by hospitals and cancer treatment centers around the world.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program across the facility
- Develop, implement, and improve EHS policies, procedures, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NRC, DOT, and applicable state and local regulations
- Conduct hazard assessments, job safety analyses, and risk mitigation activities
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs
- Manage EHS reporting, recordkeeping, permits, and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and regulatory agency interactions
- Deliver new hire, annual, and task‑specific safety training
- Monitor workplace conditions and identify opportunities to improve safety and environmental performance
- Support manufacturing, engineering, and facilities teams with EHS considerations for new processes, equipment, and facility changes
- Lead emergency preparedness and response planning
- Track and report key EHS metrics to leadership
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
