OverviewEnergy North/Haffner’s is seeking a Store Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our Store Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. Works closely with store employees to ensure the daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policy. - Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Serves as a positive role model for fellow employees.
- Completes daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures.
- Trains new employees according to the company guidelines.
- Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner and reports feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
- Completes and delegates shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
- Assists employees in following up on daily shift duties.
- Leads and motivates employees to be productive members of the store team.
- Strong people skills to motivate others.
- Proven capabilities in solving business challenges.
- Ability to set priorities and complete tasks.
- Results-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with a high level of confidence and positive outlook.
Sign-on bonus up to $300 (see hiring manager for details). Salary range: $59,000 - $70,000 per year. Additional benefits include:
