Pierre-Yves, Manager of the SAMSE agency, located in Montréal-La-Cluse (01), is looking for a sedentary salesperson (F/H). Guarantee of customer satisfaction and the image of the brand of the company, you are the preferred interlocutor of the clientele. Within a team of 12 collaborators, your main missions are the following:
Develop sales in respect of the commercial policy Welcome, advise and retain customers by providing them with solutions adapted to their needs Establish commercial documents (estimates, orders, cash receipts, deliveries), ensure follow-up and reminders Participate in commercial animations Handle customer complaints, after-sales service and customer disputes Guarantee customer satisfaction through quality service Ensure the regular relationship with suppliers Participate in the management of stocks, inventories and the display of products Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a great capacity for listening and analysis and you master the art of negotiation. You like to develop solid and lasting relationships with customers, face challenges and contribute to the commercial performance of the agency. You enjoy working in a team and you can adapt to a constantly evolving environment. Beyond your experience, it is your personality that will make the difference and guarantee the success of the missions that will be entrusted to you.

We offer you:

- CDI 35h00 or 39h00, probationary period of 2 months, renewable
- Monthly salary from 2000€ gross (35h00), 2280€ gross (39h00) - Individual bonus on objectives from 1 800€ gross annual
