Looking for a leadership role where you can stay hands‑on while helping develop and mentor a skilled maintenance team? Join a growing manufacturing operation as a Maintenance Technician Lead and play a critical role in keeping high-speed production equipment running at peak performance.

• Lead, mentor, train, and support maintenance team members on 2nd shift
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production line calls
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Assist with installation, startup, and optimization of manufacturing equipment
• Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills
• Experience repairing, maintaining, and installing manufacturing equipment
• High-speed automation experience required
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, supervise, and train others
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
