KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Littleton, NH looking to add a Staff Accountant to the team! This is a permanent position focused in AP and AR, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.

• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP
• Process and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions as needed
• Support annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Identify process improvements, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Compensation: $55-65k/year DOE
