This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounting Manager ready to take the next step into a broader financial leadership role.

• Report directly to the President & CEO and serve as a key financial business partner.
• Oversee Finance, Credit, and Purchasing functions with approximately 3–4 direct reports.
• Lead monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Oversee treasury management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and debt covenant compliance.
• Manage external accounting firm relationships, tax compliance, and annual financial reviews.
• Oversee inventory valuation, margin analysis, cost accounting, and operational cost reviews.
• Maintain and strengthen financial and internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with management/leadership experience.
• Strong financial reporting, accounting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.

• $100K–$120K base + annual bonus (historically averaging approximately 10%)
• Hybrid schedule after initial training; ideally 2–3 days onsite
