You will implement care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, use therapeutic exercise and modalities, and help patients achieve their highest level of function. This role requires 1-2 years of current Physical Therapist Assistant experience in home health, experience with pediatric to geriatric age groups, previous travel experience is highly preferred, and home health and/or hospice experience. You must have an active American Heart Association BLS and follow a business casual dress code with no open toe shoes.
