About the Position

You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Physical Therapist Assistant practice license from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC.
1-2 years current Physical Therapist Assistant experience in Home Health.

Experience with pediatric to geriatric age groups.
Previous travel experience is preferred.
Home Health and/or Hospice experience is required.

Shift: Days (Monday - Friday)

Working Hours:

Around 8/9am start; 40 hours/week
Candidate must have own vehicle and be comfortable driving in winter weather.
Must be 50+ miles from the facility.
