  Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult & Geriatric
• Trauma Level III
• EMR Used:
  Cerner
• Patient Ratio 1:6

Maintain patient charts and enter charges according to established policy. Assist in the transfer of patients to other healthcare facilities. Able to respond appropriately to CODE RED, CODE BLUE, CODE PINK AND CODE ORANGE. Escorts patients to their cars at the time of discharge. Administration of blood, blood products, and specific drugs to outpatients.

RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate if perm address is w/i 50 miles of facility).

ACLS, PALS and BLS MUST BE IN HAND AND INCLUDED IN PROFILE UPLOAD. FACILITY WILL NOT PEND UPON OFFER. This is non-negotiable

RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Traveler
must
be willing to work Thanksgiving (including Friday and weekend after) AND Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. Thanks!

Requirement description :

• Minimum 2 years current ED experience required
• BSN preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Nursys, ACLS, BLS, PALS - Facility will not pend license/certs)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

Weekend Requirements :
Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required
