25 visits per week (minimum)
Driving radius approx 10-150 miles per 2 weeks (around Berlin and surrounding area)
Local Travelers (reside within 50 miles of facility) must upload at a 10% discount of posted rate
Requirement description :
- Minimum of 2 years CURRENT Home Health experience
- OASIS experience required
- PT will be providing Home Health
- BLS
- New Hampshire
