Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40-hour Guarantee

Submission Requirements:

• Requested Time Off (RTO):
  All requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified  REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
• Maximum RTO: NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
• Holiday Work:
  Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving (including Friday and the weekend after) AND Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. Thanks!

Will Consider LPN at Rate of $65

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of current clinical experience required in Primary Care, ENT, Pediatric, or ED environment.
• Patient Population:
  All population experience required.
• Triage
  
  Experience:
  
  Phone and onsite triage experience required.
• Travel
  
  Experience:
  
  Highly preferred.
• Immunization/Vaccination:
  Experience required.
• Rooming
  
  Experience:
  
  Required.
