What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide outpatient pediatric primary care for infants, children, and adolescents
  • Perform well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and health education
  • Evaluate and manage common pediatric illnesses and chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with integrated behavioral health and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Participate in coordinated care within a patient-centered medical home model
