RN Home Health & Hospice
This position lets you deliver compassionate care to patients in their homes and support families through hospice services. You will assess patient needs, provide skilled nursing care, and document interventions using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. To qualify, you must hold a current New Hampshire RN license and have experience in home health or hospice care. Strong skills in patient assessment, communication, and teamwork are recommended.
