Operating Room Circulating Registered Nurse (RN)

Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Littleton, NH Area

Looking for a perioperative nursing opportunity with a schedule that supports work-life balance?

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Circulating Registered Nurse to join a collaborative Surgical Services team near the Littleton, NH area.

This full-time opportunity offers a unique role caring for patients throughout the perioperative journey, including pre-operative assessment, intraoperative circulating responsibilities, and post-anesthesia recovery care. As a key member of the surgical team, you will advocate for patients, promote safety, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Schedule and Pay:
  • Full-time
  • Monday–Thursday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • On-call responsibilities as assigned
  • Starting pay at $35/hour for new graduate RNs

Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform pre-operative assessments and verify patient readiness for surgery
  • Serve as the patient's advocate throughout the surgical experience
  • Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing staff
  • Maintain a safe surgical environment and support sterile technique
  • Participate in surgical time-outs and safety initiatives
  • Monitor and care for patients during post-anesthesia recovery
  • Provide patient and family education throughout the recovery process
Qualifications:

Required:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • ACLS
  • PALS
Preferred:
  • Previous perioperative and/or PACU experience
  • CNOR certification
