Position OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated Spray Technician to join our team, providing comprehensive residential pest
control services. This role combines hands‑on fieldwork with the opportunity to grow your income through
commissions and performance bonuses.
Pests We Treat Occasional & Nuisance Invaders- Mosquitoes
- Ticks (Deer Ticks, Dog Ticks)
- Fleas
- Apply pest control treatments to residential/commercial properties following company protocols and safety standards.
- Service routes throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts.
- Educate homeowners on our natural‑first approach and treatment expectations.
- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication.
- Identify and bring in new service opportunities within your territory.
- Represent Purely Nature's Way professionally in all customer interactions.
- Develop SOPs for all pest categories listed above.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self‑motivated with ability to work independently.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a New Hampshire Supervisor (F1) pesticide applicator license; additional Vermont and Massachusetts licensing supported through training.
- Previous pest control, lawn care, or outdoor service experience a plus but not required.
Base Pay: $60,000/year
Commission Program: Earn 5% commission on every new customer you bring in. Commission is paid upon completion of each service and continues for a full 12 months — the initial treatment plus 11 recurring services. You keep earning on every account you generate.
