Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Shift: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $28–$34 per hour

You’ll work alongside a dedicated rehabilitation and clinical team committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Individualized Care & Treatment Support: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s goals and needs.
- Restoring Independence: Empower residents to rebuild essential life skills and improve their ability to perform daily activities with confidence and dignity.
- Hands-On Therapeutic Care: Provide skilled, supportive assistance during therapy sessions to promote recovery, mobility, and overall functional improvement.
- Professional Standards & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict confidentiality in accordance with all regulatory and facility guidelines.
- Collaborative Team Environment: Partner with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality resident care and optimal outcomes.
- Active and current Florida COTA license (required)
- Strong passion for resident-centered care and rehabilitation
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
