Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Facility: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation
Location: Live Oak, Florida
Shift: Full Time
Pay Rate: $28-$31 per hour

Key ResponsibilitiesChampion employee engagement by developing morale programs, managing effective disciplinary practices, and handling payroll changes, terminations, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health guidelines.
Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for open positions.
Oversee critical HR processes, including I-9 documentation, workers' compensation, disability claims, and FMLA administration.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
Support employees and leadership with HR-related questions, policies, and procedures.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment.
Preferred
Skills:
Union experience is a plus.Key Traits: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
