Overview
Facility: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation
Position: RN/LPN Supervisor (Evening Shift)
Location: Lakeland, Florida
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Schedule Type: Full-Time
Salary: $77,500-$87,500 per year
- Oversee evening nursing operations in partnership with the DON/ADON
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the unit
- Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and clinical quality
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
- Assist with surveys and maintain continuous survey readiness
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to quality resident care and team collaboration
