Pilgrim’s Pride Corp seeks an HACCP Superintendent to direct and manage food safety programs across the plant. The role ensures HACCP/SSOP compliance, data integrity, and annual program reviews while coordinating with plant management and FSIS responses.
Ideal candidates have poultry HACCP experience, familiarity with FSIS 9
CFR rules, auditing knowledge, and strong communication skills. Travel about 4–5 times yearly is expected in this role.
