Job Summary
This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Reset process within stores. It will handle process implementation and merchandising of category business plans, ensuring stores maintain planogram integrity. The role partners closely with Store Leadership and Department Managers to support merchandising initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance standards. It will be cross‑trained to support various departments when not completing reset duties.
Responsibilities- Service (50%)
- Executes department resets, seasonal transitions, and merchandising updates in alignment with designated planogram changes per cycle.
- Sets shelves, fixtures, endcaps, and displays according to company‑approved planograms.
- Utilizes the Planogram Scan App after each reset to validate accuracy and ensure compliance.
- Scans shelf tags and signage to ensure proper product locations and compliance upon completion of resets.
- Completes all reset work efficiently while supporting winning service and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.
- Inventory Management (30%)
- Ensures accurate processing of residual inventory such as backstock, discontinued, out of stock, and unauthorized items.
- Implements new items as outlined in updated planograms with updated shelf tags.
- Ensures proper organization and rotation of merchandise following planogram changes.
- Completes all required processes and procedures around inventory management, including the Date Check Pro process.
- Shelf Maintenance (20%)
- Ensures proper shelf conditions, such as cleanliness and overall presentation.
- Ensures shelf/fixture storage areas are kept neat and organized.
- Prepares and maintains shelf tags, keeping them current and accurate.
- Completes required surveys.
- Reviews all planograms to ensure the planogram fits the store footage.

- High School / GED required.
- 1–2 years supervisory experience minimum.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check.
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with computer applications related to the duties.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.

Physical Demands:
Regular standing or walking on various flooring, manual dexterity, speech, vision, hearing, smelling, repetitive movements. Occasionally requires reaching at waist level or overhead, carrying, pushing, lifting loads up to 250 lbs for pulling and 50 lbs lifting. Occasional climbing up to 30 ft, bending, kneeling, crouching, and balance.
Working Conditions:
Indoor, outdoor, cold, freezing, heated, wet/humid. Safety Risks:
Twisting back/neck, walking on slippery or cluttered floors, hazardous equipment, sharp objects, loud noise, skin irritants, dust, fumes, sprays, hazardous cleaning solutions. Required Equipment: cleaning supplies, office equipment, register, pricing gun, scales, scanner, material handling equipment (racks, carts, pallet jacks, shopping carts, baler/compactor, box cutter, reset tools such as drills, circular saws). Personal Protective Equipment: goggles, gloves, back brace. Pulling requirement: 250 lbs.
Lifting requirement: 50 lbs. Moving shelving and pegboard included.
Travel:
Occasional no overnight.
Shift: Varied.
