Stocking Team Supervisor

Job Overview

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight. They spend most of their time in the backroom. Must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Additional PTO and/or PPTO available for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. Amount depends on job classification and length of employment. It meets or exceeds paid sick leave laws, where applicable.
