Position OverviewWe are looking for confident, driven, experienced outside sales reps located in agricultural areas nationwide. Our sales representatives are road warriors, selling STOP‑FYRE directly to farmers by driving farm‑to‑farm. Our average Sales Representatives consistently earned $90,816 and our top performers earned over $200,000 annually in commission selling STOP‑FYRE® – The World’s Best Fire Extinguisher® directly to farmers within their protected territory.
Responsibilities- Sell STOP‑FYRE directly to farmers by driving farm‑to‑farm.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of farmer customers within a protected territory.
- Earning commissions and weekly performance bonuses based on sales target achievement.
- Many years of sales experience.
- Highly competitive, always expecting to win.
- Strong connection to the agricultural community – grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or regularly done business with farmers.
- Background in construction and/or excavation – worked in construction, sold to the construction industry, or owned a construction business.
- Entrepreneurial – independent, self‑driven, self‑motivated, and business‑mindful.
- Committed to helping others – past experience as a firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT.
- Performer – experienced hunters who can prove successes.
- Willing – trainable and embraces new ideas.
- Ambitious – no‑excuse mentality with a burning desire to succeed.
- Independent – self‑driven and self‑motivated.
