Journeyman Welders and Millwrights

• Perform structural and pipe welding using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols.
• Ensure all welding complies with company and industry safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of welded structures.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in welding.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Align machines and equipment using precision tools and instruments.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform preventive maintenance.

• Minimum 4 years of millwright experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with machine shop tools and industrial equipment.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work long, flexible hours and overtime as needed.

• The main office is located at 2730 Mine and Mill Road, Lakeland, FL.
• Travel to client and customer sites is required.
• Days and hours of work may vary at times to include some evenings and weekends.

• This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday to Sunday with some overnight work) and overtime is frequently required.
• This position is safety‑sensitive, requiring full concentration and attention to prevent risks to self, others, or the environment.
• The working environment is often in harsh elements (hot/humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.). Industrial settings may expose employees to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety‑sensitive hazards.
