We are seeking highly skilled Journeyman Welders and Millwrights to join our team. If you are an experienced professional in one of these trades, we want to hear from you! Join a company that values craftsmanship and expertise.
Key Responsibilities Journeyman Welder- Perform structural and pipe welding using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols.
- Ensure all welding complies with company and industry safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs of welded structures.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in welding.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Align machines and equipment using precision tools and instruments.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform preventive maintenance.
- Minimum 4 years of millwright experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with machine shop tools and industrial equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work long, flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- The main office is located at 2730 Mine and Mill Road, Lakeland, FL.
- Travel to client and customer sites is required.
- Days and hours of work may vary at times to include some evenings and weekends.
- This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday to Sunday with some overnight work) and overtime is frequently required.
- This position is safety‑sensitive, requiring full concentration and attention to prevent risks to self, others, or the environment.
- The working environment is often in harsh elements (hot/humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.). Industrial settings may expose employees to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety‑sensitive hazards.
