Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Willingness to work day and evening shifts (6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., Monday to Friday), with occasional weekend work as required.
THE OPPORTUNITYOur client is seeking a Millwright to join their team and play a key role in supporting the reliability and performance of their manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Department Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting controls and mechanical systems, and supporting administrative processes related to the maintenance department. Working closely with employees across multiple departments, the Millwright helps ensure the plant’s mechanical infrastructure is properly maintained, optimized, and operating efficiently to maximize production uptime and support continuous improvement initiative.

- IONS:
High school diploma or equivalent is pref - erred.
3+ years of experience as a Millwright, Maintenance Mechanic, or in a related industrial maintenance role is pref - erred.
Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and a strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions while taking direction from superv - isors.
Effective team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to established procedures, policies, and operational stan - dards.
Flexible and willing to work varying schedules, including shift work, overtime, and extended hours as req - uired.
Physically capable of performing the essential duties of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and frequently lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 5 - 0 lbs.
Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment and varying conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and humid environ
