LHH is teaming up with an organization in the operations/services industry in Livermore, CA in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support daily AR processing and overall accounting functions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to essential financial operations, support cash flow accuracy, and assist with account reconciliations. Key Responsibilities- Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on past‑due balances
- Reconcile AR accounts and assist with month‑end close
- Research and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments
- Maintain organized financial records and support the accounting team as needed
- 2–3 years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience processing invoices and applying payments
- Ability to work fully onsite in Livermore, CA
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
- Experience in high‑volume AR environments
- Familiarity with general accounting principles

Pay Rate: $28–$32 per hour
