The role is ideal for someone with a background in construction-related accounting who can balance day-to-day execution with high-level financial oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly and annual financial statements, management reports, and supporting analyses to highlight performance and operating trends.
  • Manage customer invoicing, subcontractor disbursements, draw schedules, and lien documentation to keep project-related financial activity aligned with contract milestones.
  • Monitor construction cost activity by reconciling project expenses, reviewing change orders, and assigning costs accurately across jobs and business units.
  • Partner with the president and project leadership to review budgets, validate project financials, and support informed operational decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable tax rules, payroll regulations, and construction-related reporting standards at the state and federal levels.
