Our client is experiencing significant growth due to demand across the U.S. and needs additional support from a skilled accounts payable clerk.

✅ Process high-volume accounts payable invoices daily

✅ Track and maintain invoices, expenses, and warranty documentation

✅ Review and process employee expense reports and check requests

✅ Perform monthly inventory counts and reconciliations alongside the Inventory Specialist

✅ Complete bank and credit card reconciliations

✅ Generate AP aging reports and maintain vendor documentation within the CRM system

✅ Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules as requested

✅ Assist with month-end close activities and accounting projects

✅ Support office operations and cross-functional team initiatives as needed

✔ Associate Degree in Accounting required

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred

✔ Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles

✔ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

✔ Strong written and verbal communication abilities

✔ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail

✔ Self-starter with a proactive approach and positive attitude

PAY: $60,000 to $72,000 annually
