Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: East Bay Area, CA
Full-Time | Office Position
Compensation: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Strong Benefits Package

We are looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our office team and play a key role in managing our financial and administrative operations.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly wage of $30.00 - $36.00
, based on qualifications and experience - 100% employer‑paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for the employee

This important office‑based position is responsible for handling full‑cycle bookkeeping, financial record‑keeping, customer coordination, and general administrative support. You will work directly with ownership and management in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
Core Responsibilities- Answer and manage incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
- Process payroll, commissions, and related tax documents
- Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and customer billing questions
- Prepare daily deposits and maintain organized financial records
- Perform job costing and update pricing information
- Maintain accurate customer records and job tracking files
- Assist with month‑end reconciliations and financial reporting
- Support sales packet preparation and workflow coordination
- Address customer account issues promptly and professionally
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- 2-3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in Quick Books (or similar accounting software)
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with payroll processing and tax reporting
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy office
- HVAC or service industry experience is a plus
