Location: Livermore, CA 94550 (Onsite)
Project Duration: 06 Months contract (possible extension/conversion)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour on W2
Top Skills Required- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a technical writer or document specialist
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with continuous change
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, an associate degree combined with relevant work experience will also be considered. - Documenting processes within the Heart Failure Division, utilizing established templates
- Collaboration across multiple departments, working closely with managers, stakeholders, and various operational teams
- Supporting Operations and Continuous Improvement efforts within the Heart Failure Division
- Key tools: MS Office, Salesforce, PowerPoint; experience with Windchill a plus
- Information is gathered from meetings, provided documentation, and internal systems to develop process documentation
- Drafts are shared with stakeholders for review and approval
- Follow-up is conducted to address questions, gather additional details, or incorporate updates
- Finalized documents are uploaded upon approval, with possible document scanning and other general office duties as needed
- Must be detail oriented, very organized and able to multitask
- Work on multiple documents concurrently, navigating multiple sites and systems
- Good follow-through and excellent communication skills to ask qualifying or follow-up questions regarding documented processes
- Work with Process Standardization, collaborating with stakeholders, managers, and operational functions
- Produce approximately 80 total documents during the contract, including NNI (Needs New Insurance) and PRC (Prescription Required Case) documents
- Use templates and follow General Services Guide (GSG) in document creation
- Tools used: MS Office, Salesforce, Power Point
- No daily, weekly, or monthly deadlines for creating documents
- First interview is a video conference; second interview is onsite with the hiring manager and a second manager
