Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

The Administrative Assistant IV provides high-level administrative support to Director-level leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Director-level management (calendar management, expense reporting, meeting coordination, etc.)
• Lead and support site engagement planning and execution activities
• Coordinate office services and support special projects
• Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate meeting logistics
• Draft and compose professional correspondence
• Greet and direct visitors and manage incoming phone calls
• Conduct research and special studies; prepare reports and recommendations
• Support supervision and coordination of clerical staff as needed

• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized with strong follow-up skills
• Ability to manage and track multiple requests effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience providing administrative support at the Director level
