$130,000 - $180,000 /yr
If you are a Sr Estimator with Heavy Civil grading/paving Construction experience, please read on! We're looking to add a Sr Estimator to join our growing company. - Prepare, review and present estimates for projects
- Perform cost analysis on projects
- Produce budgets from conceptual and schematic design phases that align with the organizations goals and strategy
- Lead a team of estimators
- 5+ years of estimating experience
- Public works, heavy civil, grading and paving focus preferred
- Experience with budget analysis, bidding, estimating, and lead all aspects of preconstruction phase
- Experience working with civil construction, industrial construction, and/or ground-up construction projects Nice to have:
- Preconstruction manager experience
