• Qualifications
• 5 + years’ experience working with public or private work projects, that include water, sewer, storm drain, and underground construction.
• Experience working for a contractor
• Experience with Bluebeam, Heavy Job, Microsoft Suite
• Good communication and technical writing skils

• Manage multi projects from project award through project closeout.
• Material takeoffs from project drawings.
• Solicit subcontractor and supplier proposals and analyze proposals for accuracy
• Issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Insurance, permits, submittals, FRI's USA, staking requests.
• Quality control and compliance of all project documents.
• Process change orders.
• Process billings, subcontractors and supplier invoice review and approval.
• Pre-plan, schedule and coordinate work with client, superintendent subcontractors, vendors and all other entities.
• Daily dispatch, 3-week and CPM schedules.
