Customer Service I/ Enrollment Services Representative

We are seeking a "Customer Service I/ Enrollment Services Representative" to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

The Enrollment Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the enrollment process. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience by explaining services, reviewing costs, guiding customers through enrollment requirements, and providing training until accounts are fully activated.

• Support customers through the complete enrollment process from initiation to activation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding.
• Explain program services, enrollment requirements, and associated costs.
• Provide customer training and onboarding assistance.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Previous customer service experience (phone-based customer support preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with strong information retention skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with strong attendance and reliability.

• Experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or enrollment services.
• Prior experience assisting customers through onboarding or enrollment processes.
